Orders and Payment
You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your order. When your order has shipped, we will send you an additional email that includes a tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your package has been shipped for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s (i.e., UPS) system. Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. If you have additional questions about your order, please contact Customer Service using the contact information above.
Bridget Shannen accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal. Bridget Shannen doesn’t accept checks, cash or money orders. Credit cards must have a U.S. billing address.
Using Promotion Codes:
You may receive exclusive offers that can be applied to orders by using the promotional code during checkout. Please note that promotional codes cannot be combined with any other offer or discount and are only redeemable on bridgetshannen.com. In order to take advantage of these offers, please enter the provided code in the space provided on the 'Cart' page and will be applied to your order prior to confirmation.
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: Florida. Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
Email Communication for Orders:We will communicate information about your order by email. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped that includes the tracking number for your package.
